The Rabissi wine cellar

The roots of Rabissi wine sink in tradition. For this, today as in the past, Federico continues to make the wine in the great grandfather’s cellar. Here, where wine for the family was originally made, where cheeses and cured meats were aged. And next to the cellar there was a stable for a donkey and a cow. Now, in the same basement rooms, the winemaking room, the cellar and the warehouse find their space. But they are still the same stones as they were two centuries ago that observe how the wine is made. And they guarantee that inside the cellar the temperature is always controlled, never under 16° C and never above 18°C.
